Who we are

Welcome to Dharma Farm, where the journey of cultivating beauty and sustainability blossoms vividly in our Flower CSA. Located in the heart of Boulder County, Dharma Farm is rooted in a deep personal passion for regenerative agriculture, creativity, and community.

I'm Jeremy Ragland, the steward behind Dharma Farm. My path here has been shaped by diverse experiences—from my early years immersed in the competitive world of polo and horses, to discovering the transformative potential of regenerative farming. Last year, Dharma Farm was awarded the Restore grant—through Boulder County, Mad Ag, and Zero Foodprint—enabling us to rejuvenate the soil in what was once my horse paddock, transforming it into fertile ground now bursting with vibrant blooms.

Partnering with Grant Hamil, a dedicated and experienced local grower, we've cultivated the flower field, employing sustainable practices that enhance local biodiversity and ecosystem health. Each bouquet from this flower CSA is a testament to sustainability, community connection, and the pure joy of growing something beautiful from the earth.

Dharma Farm is currently in the process of applying for a grant to become certified organic, further reinforcing our dedication to sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices.

Joining this flower CSA means more than receiving a weekly bouquet—it means supporting local agriculture, participating in soil restoration, and nurturing community resilience right here in Boulder County.

Laura is a vibrant force behind Dharma Farm, bringing creativity, expertise, and passion to the community. As a talented flower arranger and insightful consultant, Laura adds beauty and intention to each bouquet and event hosted by Dharma Farm. In addition to her creative endeavors, Laura thrives as a dedicated Compass real estate agent, guiding clients through Boulder County’s unique property landscape with warmth and precision. Her boundless energy, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable partner at Dharma Farm and beyond.

Grant Hamil

Grant is a gentle tender of living things, great and small. The plants that he grows appreciate the love that he puts into them. He is thankful to be able to see their entire life-cycle, from seed or tuber, to flower, to arrangement, to the compost pile, and back. When he is away from the garden, he enjoys quiet time in the woods; live music of all varieties; studying herbalism; practicing yoga; and spending time with his girls, Kim and Phoebe.
